Technical management

Novi’s technical management is based on the detailed maintenance plan that we draw up for each property together with the property owner, administrator and party responsible for operations. Technical management is responsible for technical planning, procurement and execution as well as for the management and follow-up of operations, property care and suppliers, and for statutory requirements. On-site managers/maintenance personnel are part of the service. They handle customer dialogues, supervision, property care and basic maintenance to rectify faults.

Property development and projects

Novi’s project managers work on customer projects to develop properties together with the property owner and thereby create the best possible increase in value and attractiveness.
